PRESEC Secures Spot in the Quarter-final Stage Of the 2025 National Championship

It was a thrilling contest as Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School, Oti Boateng SHS, and T.I. AMASS, Kumasi faced off in a tight battle for a spot in the Quarter-final Stage.
The first round began slowly and cautiously, with all three schools carefully responding to the questions. However, the pace soon picked up as the contest intensified. At the end of the round, Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School led with 20 points, followed by T.I. AMASS, Kumasi with 15 points, while Oti Boateng SHS trailed with 11 points.

In Round Two, the “Trustur AI Speed Race” the pace picked up, the speed increased, as PRESEC fought to exert dominance in this round by answering as many questions as possible, with speed and precision. T. I AMASS on the other hand, gave them a tough contest as they refused to allow the PRESEC boys to overtake them.
Tensions were high, and supporters were at the edge of their seats, anticipating the outcome of this round. At the end of the round, Presbyterian Boys’ Sec. School continued to lead with 25 points, T.I. AMASS, Kumasi followed with 20 points and Oti Boateng SHS finished off with 14 points.

Before the start of Round Three, the “Prudential Life Insurance NSMQ Star Problem of the Day,” Michael was brought in to substitute Blessing, both of Oti Boateng SHS. At the end of the round, Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School led with eight points, Oti Boateng SHS followed with five points, while T.I. AMASS, Kumasi managed one point.
Before the “JuPay Money Transfer True/False” round began, PRESEC substituted John for Kekeli in what turned out to be a strategic decision. John’s accuracy and quick responses helped the team strengthen their lead, ending the round with 46 points. T.I. AMASS, Kumasi followed with 34 points, while Oti Boateng SHS closely trailed with 32 points.
In the fifth and final round, the GOIL Riddle Bonanza, which would determine the fate of the competing schools, pressure mounted on the leading team, PRESEC, as their supporters anxiously watched, hoping they would maintain their advantage.
At the end of the contest, Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School secured a spot in the Quarter-final Stage with 55 points and won the GOIL Riddle Bonanza award worth GH₵
1,200.
