NSMQ 2026: UPDATED SCHEDULE FOR REGIONAL QUALIFIERS

Due to extenuating factors, the schedule for the Regional Qualifiers has been slightly modified. The competitions will now commence on Thursday, July 9 with contests in the Bono and Western regions.

Ahafo Qualifiers: July 10, 2026
Bono East Qualifiers: July 11, 2026
Western Qualifiers: July 9 - 10, 2026
Western North Qualifiers: July 11, 2026
Central Qualifiers: July 13 - 15, 2026
Upper West Qualifiers: July 14, 2026
Upper East Qualifiers: July 17 - 18, 2026
Eastern Qualifiers: July 18 - 22, 2026
Northern Qualifiers: July 20 - 21, 2026
North East Qualifiers: July 22, 2026
Savannah Qualifiers: July 22, 2026
Volta Qualifiers: July 24 - 27, 2026
Oti Qualifiers: July 28, 2026
Ashanti Qualifiers: July 25 - 31, 2026
Greater Accra Qualifiers: July 30 - August 1, 2026
This year's Regional Qualifiers will see over 400 schools competing for 139 slots to join the 27 seeded schools at the National Championship. The adjustment comes after a review of the WASSCE calendar, moving the regional competitions to the post-examination period to allow students to focus fully on their academic assessments.
