The fourth contest of the Central Regional Championship delivered another compelling display of academic excellence, featuring four competitive schools in a race for a place in the final. After a closely fought battle, Wesley Girls’ High School emerged victorious, securing their spot in the final stage of the championship.

The schools competing in this contest were Wesley Girls’ High School, Swedru Secondary School, Edinaman SHS, and Aggrey Memorial SHS. Each school brought a unique edge to the contest, making for an engaging and unpredictable encounter.
At the end of Round One, Swedru Secondary School led with 21 points, closely followed by Aggrey Memorial SHS with 20 points. Wesley Girls’ High School posted 16 points, while Edinaman SHS started off slowly with five points.

Round Two saw a dramatic shift in the standings. Wesley Girls’ High School surged into the lead with 24 points, edging just ahead of Aggrey Memorial SHS, who had 23 points. Swedru Secondary School dropped to third with 19 points, and Edinaman SHS remained on five points.
By the end of Round Three, the momentum remained firmly with Wesley Girls’ High School, who stretched their lead to 37 points. Aggrey Memorial SHS continued to chase on 33 points, while Swedru Secondary School moved to 23 points. Edinaman SHS improved slightly, ending the round on 12 points.

At the end of the contest, Wesley Girls’ High School maintained their advantage and finished with 40 points, fending off a strong final push from Aggrey Memorial SHS, who secured 37 points. Swedru Secondary School concluded the contest with 26 points, while Edinaman SHS ended with 15 points.
