NSMQ2021:Chemu sails through to One-eighth stage from Accra Prelims

Chemu Senior High School has booked a place at the One-eighth Stage of the 2021 National Science & Maths Quiz after emerging triumphant over Holy Trinity Cathedral SHS and Tema Methodist SHS in the first contest of the Preliminary Stage for the Greater Accra Region.

Chemu SHS took the lead in the first round garnering 24 points followed by Tema Methodist SHS with 21 points, while Holy Trinity Cathedral SHS ended up with 12 points.

Tema Methodist SHS moved to the top with 30 points at the end of the second round with Chemu SHS and Holy Trinity Cathedral SHS scoring 29 and 8 points respectively.

Holy Trinity Cathedral SHS came up strongly for the Problem of the Day recording a perfect score of 10 points with Chemu SHS and Tema Methodist SHS scoring nine (9) points and eight (8) points respectively.

Chemu Senior High emerged winners at the end of five rounds of the competition with 60 points followed by Tema Methodist SHS and Holy Trinity Cathedral SHS with 52 and 34 points respectively.
