NSMQ 2025: Mawuli School Secures Spot in the Quarter-final Stage!

In celebration of their 75th anniversary, Mawuli School fought a hard battle against their contenders to secure a spot in the Quarter-final Stage. Before the contest began, the Mawuli boys confidently predicted a score of 75 and above for their school, a symbolic win to mark their anniversary year. The contest featured Mawuli School, Armed Forces SHTS and Berekum Presby SHS.

The contest began on a smooth and relaxed note, yet the air of competition was palpable in the auditorium as the boys tackled each question. Mawuli School soon picked up the pace, seizing as many bonuses as possible to take the lead. At the end of Round One, Mawuli School led with 19 points, Armed Forces SHTS followed with 17 points, and Berekum Presby SHS trailed with 12 points.

In Round Two, the “Trustur AI Speed Race,” the competition intensified as each school fought for dominance. Mawuli School stood out with exceptional speed and accuracy. By the end of the round, Mawuli School led with 34 points, Armed Forces SHTS followed with 18 points, and Berekum Presby SHS trailed with 17 points.
Before the start of Round Three, the “Prudential Life Insurance NSMQ Star Problem of the Day,” Senyo of Mawuli School was brought in to substitute Alexander, while Eshun of Armed Forces SHTS replaced Israel. At the end of the round, Mawuli School secured four points, Armed Forces SHTS earned one point, and Berekum Presby SHS failed to score.
In Round Four, the “Jupay Money Transfer True or False” round, all three schools performed impressively, boosting their totals. By the end of the round, Mawuli School maintained the lead with 48 points, Berekum Presby SHS followed with 30 points, and Armed Forces SHTS had 29 points.

In the fifth and final round, the GOIL Riddle Bonanza, Armed Forces SHTS picked up the pace, answering three riddles correctly to win the GOIL Riddle Bonanza award worth GH₵2,400. At the end of the contest, Mawuli School maintained their lead with 48 points to secure a spot in the Quarter-final Stage.
