The atmosphere was electrifying right from the start, with the auditorium echoing chants from Wesley Girls’ High School and cheers from the energetic supporters of Abetifi Presby SHS. Kumasi Secondary Technical School completed the trio in what became one of the most tightly contested battles of the stage.
Wesley Girls’ High School began the contest on a commanding note, displaying speed and precision as they buzzed in swiftly to pick up bonuses and answer all general knowledge questions flawlessly. At the end of the first round, they led comfortably with 27 points, followed by Kumasi Sec. Tech. with 16 points and Abetifi Presby SHS with 15.
Round Two, the Trustur AI Speed Race brought a shake-up in the standings. While Wesley Girls’ High School added nine points to reach 36, Abetifi Presby SHS found their rhythm, adding an impressive 13 points to reach 28 points. Kumasi Sec. Tech., though steady, lagged behind with 18 points.

In the Prudential Life Insurance NSMQ Star (Problem of the Day), Round Three, all three schools demonstrated exceptional problem-solving prowess. Abetifi Presby SHS and Kumasi Sec. Tech. both scored a perfect 10 out of 10, earning the Prudential Life Insurance NSMQ Star Award worth GH₵2,400 each. Wesley Girls’ High School narrowly missed perfection due to a minor sign error, finishing with nine out of 10.
In Round Four, Abetifi Presby SHS substitution, bringing Ishmael in for Gilbert, proved significant. They gained momentum as they confidently navigated through the Jupay Money Transfer True or False, correctly answering seven out of eight questions alongside Kumasi Sec Tech. At the end of this round, Abetifi Presby SHS topped the scoreboard with 51 points, followed by Wesley Girls’ High School with 46 and Kumasi Sec Tech on 41.

Then came Round Five, the GOIL Riddle Bonanza, a make-or-break finale that had the entire auditorium on edge. Wesley Girls’ High School picked the first riddle, drawing loud cheers from their supporters. The second riddle went unanswered, but Abetifi Presby SHS picked the third riddle. With no team answering the final riddle, the contest ended in an uncertain style.
At the final whistle, Abetifi Presby SHS emerged triumphant with 54 points, edging out Wesley Girls’ High School, who finished with 49 points, while Kumasi Sec Tech ended with 41 points.
