NSMQ 2025: Keta SHTS Clinches Quarter-final Qualification with Convincing Win

Keta SHTS has secured a spot in the Quarter-final Stage of the National Championship, after a thrilling contest that featured Chemu SHTS and Accra High School. The final contest of the day, began with all three schools determined to win. Keta SHTS put up a strong performance, answering several questions with remarkable precision and confidence.

Every failed attempt by the other schools gave Keta SHS the opportunity to accumulate more points. At the end of Round One, Keta SHTS led with 19 points, while Accra High School and Chemu SHTS both tied with six points.

In Round Two, the Trustur AI Speed Race, the competition intensified. Each correct answer from the schools sparked an eruption of cheers from supporters. By the end of the round, Keta SHTS maintained the lead with 26 points, followed by Chemu SHTS with 13 points, while Accra High School had four points.

Before the start of Round Three, the Prudential Life Insurance NSMQ Star – Problem of the Day, some substitutions were made. Delali of Accra High School replaced Ebenezer, while Benjamin came in for Spencer of Keta SHTS. At the end of the round, Keta SHTS added five points, Chemu SHTS followed with two points, and Accra High School managed one point.

Before the start of Round Four, the Jupay Money Transfer True or False round, Jaaziah was brought in to substitute Saviour, both of Chemu SHTS. At the end of the round, Keta SHTS dominated with 47 points, Chemu SHTS secured 25 points, and Accra High School finished with nine points.

In the fifth and final round, the Keta SHTS displayed exceptional speed, answering three consecutive questions correctly and earning the GOIL Riddle Bonanza Award worth GH¢2,000. At the end of the round, Keta SHTS secured a spot in the Quarter-finals with 56 points.
