The 30th Anniversary edition of the National Science & Maths Quiz kicked off, on October 6th, 2023. As an exciting highlight of the 30th Anniversary celebrations, this year's NSMQ is being hosted in two distinct regions: KNUST in Kumasi and the National Theatre in Accra. This historic occurrence represents the first time the National Championship spans across two regions. KNUST serves as the venue for the Preliminary four stages of the competition, with the Grand Finale scheduled to captivate audiences at the National Theatre.
The victorious trio of Wesley Girls
Representing Wesley Girls High School were Prisca and Agyeiwaa, while Ghanata SHS had Richmond and Douglas, and Archbishop Porter Girls had Ewurama and Ntiamoah as their representatives. All three schools were determined to excel. In the first round, each of these schools correctly answered their first questions. However, none of them was able to answer the second set of questions.
