To set the stage for the discussion, he introduced learners to a vital principle: the concept of purpose. He stressed that they must always have a solid reason for engaging in their studies and pursuing their goals.

According to him, this sense of intentionality is essential to ensuring that, at the end of the day, they produce something meaningful and lasting.

To Emphasize on the importance of this principle, he referenced a well-known quote by the late Myles Munroe: “If the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.”

Emmanuel shared that his genuine passion for helping people ultimately steered him into his career in the health field. He revealed that he had initially dreamed of becoming a medical doctor but was unable to fulfill that goal.

Despite not studying a health-related course in school, his dedication and desire to help people led him to find opportunities that successfully brought him into the health sector.

He advised young people to regularly ask questions and emphasized the need think deeply and assess their own lives and progress.

“As a young person you should ask questions… Identify your passion, strength and weaknesses. Young people we don’t like asking the big questions, because the big questions require you to think and we don’t like thinking, because thinking is like sitting in front of a mirror, you will see your true state”. He stated.

He also encouraged learners to take research seriously, stressing that it is essential for accessing the information they seek and finding answers to their questions. He emphasised that once individuals open themselves up to learning, they are bound to gain valuable knowledge, regardless of the field they are in.

There are so many opportunities out there, especially with the existence of the internet. Access to information is easy.” He added.

He concluded by encouraging students to cultivate discipline as a means of sustaining the success they build, stressing that it is crucial for long-term achievement.

While acknowledging that discipline can be difficult, he mentioned its profound importance, noting that “discipline will keep you in places you don’t like”, a reminder of its essential role in fostering endurance, consistency and lasting growth.
